The East Point Community Action Team has been incorporated since 1999. This organization was created to equip individuals and families with information and tools to govern and improve the quality of life in their neighborhoods.  EP-CAT major focus areas are youth leadership develop-ment, building better communities, strengthening families to protect children, and developing a cadre of volunteers.
